We are thrilled to finally unveil the JCY Signature Collection, a range of jewellery born from wanderlust and inspired by the timeless beauty of Greece. For us, travel is much more than just a pastime, it’s a powerful source of inspiration. 

The Land of Inspiration

Greece offers an unparalleled mix of history, nature, and genuine friendliness. This rich diversity is the very heartbeat of this new collection. We wanted to create pieces that not only reflect the country’s ancient past but also its vibrant, contemporary energy.

The collection features three distinct pieces: a ring, a pair of earrings, and a bracelet. We believe jewellery should be effortlessly wearable, pieces that you can put on and never want to take off. These three jewels are designed to be entirely versatile; they work beautifully when worn together, yet each piece is strong enough to stand on its own.

Three Cities, Three Stories

The inspiration for the JCY Signature Collection is drawn from three specific Greek locations, each leaving a profound mark on the design process.

Athens Stepping onto the Acropolis in Athens, Jacky was she instantly overwhelmed by the sheer power and history of the ancient temples. This experience sparked a desire to incorporate the essence of the centuries-old columns into the design, creating a harmonious blend of old and new. Just as certain styles of jewellery reappear throughout history, these pieces carry a sense of enduring, classic design.

Santorini Santorini was love at first sight. The striking architecture and the powerful, volcanic atmosphere radiate a unique energy and joy. The rounded shapes of the iconic dome houses and rooftops were the primary inspiration for our ring design. However, we paired this softness with a raw, rugged quality, reflecting the volcanic earth of the island. This deliberate balance creates a piece that is both playful and undeniably unique.

Patras A sense of profound calm descended upon us when visiting the coastal town of Patras. The architecture, particularly the magnificent forms of the local churches, provided the perfect muse for another jewel. This piece is designed to be refined and sophisticated, yet infused with a touch of colourful vibrancy.

Identity, Craftsmanship, and the JCY Signature

The Greek identity is woven into the very fabric of the collection, most notably in the recognisable forms derived from the nation’s architecture—the churches, temples, and houses. Our chosen material remains our signature 18-karat gold, but this time, it is given a slight touch of beautiful roughness. This finish nods to the volcanic textures of Santorini, connecting the jewellery directly to its geographical inspiration. As always, craftsmanship is paramount. The quality and attention to detail are what truly elevate a piece of jewellery. Much like Greece, where traditional crafts such as silver and ceramics are still highly valued, we maintain a deep respect for the artisan process.

What sets this collection apart from previous JCY Signature releases is its unique versatility. For us, jewellery must be effortlessly wearable, whether you’re pairing it with jeans and a t-shirt or dressing up for an evening event. This collection features slightly smaller, more delicate sizing and a calmer colour palette, ensuring the pieces harmonise with any outfit. Our ring, in particular, holds a delightful surprise: the diamonds are set to move within the design, a charming element that is sure to bring a smile to your face every time you look down.
