Terms of delivery and payment

Delivery

When your order is packed and ready to be shipped, you will receive an e-mail containing a Track & Trace link with which you can follow your order. If you are not at home when the package is offered, our carrier will first attempt delivery at your neighbors. If this fails, a new delivery order will be scheduled.

Carrier

All orders are shipped by registered mail with PostNL. For selected orders, we also offer a personal hand-delivery service to your home for an even more exclusive experience.

Shipping costs of your order

There are no shipping costs associated with your order.

Not receiving an email?

It may take a few minutes before you receive an email from us. Really not received anything? It is possible that the e-mail ended up in your spam or junk mail. If that is not the case, please contact us.

Delivery times

Every piece is unique, and delivery times may vary. Please contact us for the current delivery time. In-stock pieces are shipped within 1–2 business days, while specially ordered items may require up to 6 weeks.
