Terms of delivery and payment

When your order is packed and ready to be shipped, you will receive an e-mail containing a Track & Trace link with which you can follow your order. If you are not at home when the package is offered, our carrier will first attempt delivery at your neighbors. If this fails, a new delivery order will be scheduled.

All packages are shipped by registered mail with UPS.

There are no shipping costs associated with your order.

It may take a few minutes before you receive an email from us. Really not received anything? It is possible that the e-mail ended up in your spam or junk mail. If that is not the case, please contact us.
