The costs of a valuation depend on the number of items that need to be assessed. Before starting the valuation, we will always communicate the expected costs clearly in advance.

Our Process

1. Initial consultation (free of charge)

We start with a free introductory consultation by phone or email. During this conversation, we discuss your wishes, the type of objects and the purpose of the valuation.

2. Assignment confirmation

After the consultation, you will receive a clear confirmation of the assignment, including the expected costs and planning.

3. Scheduling the appointment

Together we schedule a suitable appointment at our office or on location.

4. On-site valuation

During the valuation, every piece is professionally inspected and assessed by our certified appraisers.

This includes:

  • Inspection of materials, gemstones, hallmarks and craftsmanship
  • Assessment of condition and authenticity
  • Cleaning and careful handling of the jewellery or watches
  • Determining the appropriate valuation category

Every item is professionally photographed and documented for the report.

5. Draft report

You will receive the first draft of the valuation report by email, including photographs and specifications of all assessed items.

6. Quality control & expert advice
