STORIES - A Mother's Day interview with Founder Jacky and her Mother Ramona

Sometimes, a piece of jewellery says more than words ever could. An heirloom, a birthday gift, or a symbolic token between mother and daughter—jewellery holds memories, traditions, and emotion. In the lead-up to Mother’s Day, we spoke with Jacky, founder of byJACKY and her mother Ramona about the pieces they treasure and the life lessons they’ve shared with each other.

What piece of jewellery do you treasure as a memory of her?
Ramona: The gold coin collier I gave to my daughter for her 18th birthday. I received it from my mother, and now she has it.

Jacky: I gave my mum a link collier for her 60th birthday. She had always loved borrowing that style from byJACKY, and she really wanted one of her own. Now she’s so happy with it!

What piece of advice would you like to give her?
Ramona: Take care of yourself. Enjoy life and create beautiful memories with the people around you.

What is the best advice you’ve ever received from your mother?
Jacky: That everything is always possible. Problems are there to be solved. She’s always so optimistic and positive—that’s something I truly admire.

At byJACKY, we believe that every story deserves a piece of jewellery as unique as you are. Together, we’ll help you find the piece that truly reflects who you are.
